We have successfully organised full day district level training camps in all the 8 blocks with the mega event been held at GCC Club attended by State President Shri Manikrao Thakreji.
Sir, That was a very good move to let our worker know more about the party and it's work over the years. You covered most of the issues related to the party. Apart from your speach and slides on women in congress, I did not find any of the local leaders had any intresting or meaningfull thoughts to represent their subject. It would have been better if we could have invited any of national leader who could have given speech on the subject "Career as an Politician in the Congress" In todays politics it's very difficult for people like Sri Lal Bahadur Shashtri or even Sri Rajendra Prasad to take entry in the Parliament or even in the Assembly. In the 2009 General Election more than 100 MP are below 45 years of age but apart from Madhya Pradesh MP Minakshi Natrajan and Haryana MP Ashok Tawanr most of the young politicians are from a political back ground. If you see the investment in the election by the candidates of any big party you will find elections are not for general people. They can only cast there votes, they can'nt be the candidate. Some body has to come forward and do something in this feild. I would be happy hear something from you in this subject (Career in Politics for Youth) in any of public meeting which will be held in Mira Bhayander. Wish you all the best for the coming future.
